Enterprise Architect (m/w/d)

To support our team in IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture & Data Governance, we are currently looking for an experienced computer scientist (m/f/d) for the implementation of overarching policies, standards, and strategic guidelines regarding the technological development of the entire company. In this newly created position, you will have a lot of flexibility for shaping and play an active role in the realignment of the SEFE Group.


  • Developing a comprehensive architecture in close coordination with the company's general business and IT strategy.
  • Defining, promoting and managing overarching guidelines, standards and strategic guidelines for technological development.
  • Carrying out gap analyses between the current and target architecture and outlining transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with other architects (e.g. application architects, data architects and security architects) to ensure that the overall enterprise architecture is coherent and comprehensive.
  • Defining and implementing a consistent and reliable process for managing, reviewing and improving the enterprise architecture.
  • Identifying and evaluating new technologies that could be of benefit to the organisation and making recommendations for their introduction.


  • University degree in a relevant field, e.g. computer science or information technology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function with a focus on enterprise architecture.
  • knowledge of and experience with EAM tools (e.g. LeanIX) and experience with system integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and skills in dealing with stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications, e.g. TOGAF.
